Best Western Milton Inn

Staff especially in the evening of my arrival was most helpful. Also the staff early Tuesday on my departure all were very helpful and very warm personality. One point I would like to bring out is Monday on my arrival late afternoon, the Lady shoulder length light hair, at the counter was polite and all. She never smiled and I know it may sound silly but you expect at least one smile from the staff at the front desk. She was VERY polite but needs to smile and make people coming in feel good. Hope that makes sense.

The staff was great, our AC quit in the room, maintenance was there in about 5 minutes to check the AC [which went out], they moved us down the hallway a couple of rooms away, the AC in that room could have froze meat if you needed it to.

Outside was freshly painted and looked very clean and inviting. Nice pool. Great breakfast choices. Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Good selection. Scrambled eggs, sausage , potatoes, oatmeal, cereal. Maybe some fruit would be good. Juices were available.

The place is nice and quiet, room smells good , fresh towels and linens and clean room, bathroom and hallways, the receptionist was nice and pleasant. I have been this hotel and I was satisfied with the room, I always preferred to stay in this hotel whenever I am in the area.
